A savage-looking man steps into the War Wizards' Tower in the heart of Suzail, the clawed bracer and the even more grizzly clawed, monstrous hand protruding from the armored bracer marking him by no great leap of the imagination as a Talon of the Beastlord. He approaches the reception desk with swift, determined steps, a thud echoing across the room as the butt of the savage totem he wields in his human hand hits cold stone of the floor.
"Tell me, mage... have you heard of the Hunter's Proving?"
He leaves no time for a reply as he continues, producing two identical simple folded notes which he sets on the counter.
"I need to contact your best diviner... -and- your best illusionist. I will not wait, however. I've spent far too much time waiting for wizards as it is, so give them this note and tell them there will be plenty of the golden trade pieces you people hold so dear if they'll hear my request."
The note reads:
The note is signed; "Acamas Oribasus, Beastmaster of Malar".
On his way out he tacks up the announcement for the Hunter's Proving on the wall, swiftly disappearing into the city streets.

In the wake of the war, there is no better time than now to grow; and to become aware of the strength of your own nation.
This is what I offer, and my request is simple: assist me in spreading this message to the masses who dwell within the city. When the time of the Hunter's Proving comes; show the people of Suzail that Cormyr is strong; illuminate the Proving Grounds for those who cannot be there in the flesh with your magic. I expect an illusory image of the scried location in the city square will serve its purpose. If you find a way, I have more than enough golden trade pieces to make sure it's worth your time, even if the message itself is not. Come to the Shrine of the Beastlord in the city if you deem the request worthwhile.
