OOC. This first post about Jargo will be mostly about
the things my bio and the nwn gaming engine can
prove difficult to display about him.
I believe i have his looks well-established with the
other players, and his past is something you will have
to be told from him, in-game.
I'll start off with a more detailed description of his
fighting style.

Jargo, a duelist of some renown.
Known to be one of the few deadly warriors to wield the foils, and to as deadly effect as only the strongest of warriors, his finesse is controversial to say the least.
Ever since his arrival in Cormyr, Jargo has stressed the importance of mobility over brute force.
This has led to an unfortunate coincidence, as some people would mistake him for a barbarian by his looks, and crude manner of speech.
In combat, Jargo sports a pair of foils whose slender design from the long, thin, pointy blades, to the guards and all the way down to the hilt of the weapons, have been customized for speed and swift accuracy.
In melee combat, he uses the advantage of having two weapons at the ready to add to his offense, and given the speed at which he can move, this seems to virtually double his agression in combat, at little cost to his accuracy, if any.
He lacks the strength of his peers, however, and this has forced him to learn to use accuracy to deal the killing blows that allows him to put down his foes as swiftly as the warrior cleaving them in half with brute strength.
His aim is relentless, and the thin stabbing weapons seem to always find some weak spot in his enemy's defense, striking at artieries, internal organs, the areas surrounding the face and neck, and just about any other critical location on the body.
The absense of a shield strapped to his left arm, could in the eyes of some, leave his defenses lacking behind.
However, they are mistaken. Jargo has trained his mobility and swift moves to peak at a level at which even the lighest of leather armours would hinder his movements.
Basing his defense almost exclusively on his footwork, Jargo never stays in one spot for longer than the blink of an eye, jumping, running, rolling, skitting, sliding and even sumasaulting out of harms way, utulizing his surroundings to aid in the comfusion of the enemy.
Even attacks that seem impossible to dodge, that any normal warrior would try to shrug off with their shield, Jargo tries to evade, and often succeeds.
One example of this is a hill giant raising his clup (closely resembling an uprooted tree) high above it's head to smash down on top of his enemies.
The strong and robust warrior could deflect this with his shield. Jargo, however, has devoloped his own strategy against it, running up to the giant as close as possible, jumping onto it's knee and staying close to the upper body of the giant, letting the giant's long arms pass by him to either side, letting the long reach do the rest of the work for him, as the treetrunk passes behind him.
To an onlooker, Jargo appears to be using the giant's long arms like a giant skiprope, which greatly amuses him.
Most of these dashing maneuvers would be impossible without some sort of supernatural grace, or precognition.
Some would indeed argue the certain adventurers have this gift, sensing an attack moments before it is executed, giving them enough time to act on it and get out of the way, and Jargo is no exception.
Assasins sticking to the shadows, striking from behind, mages cloaked by illusory spells, or undetected traps, Jargo seems to evade it all just the same.
Were one to present Jargo with this theory however, even he wouldn't be able to prove or disprove it.
"I just move outa thar way, sometimes i act on nothin' but a gutfeelin'..."
When hard-pressed, Jargo also likes to add to his defense by stowing away his left-hand foil and pulling out a big shield.
He still mannages to move with the same speed, sometimes dragging the shield strapped to his arm behind his body to reduce drag, allowing him to perform his charactaristic evasive maneuvers, quickly bringing his shield between himself and the attacker when he finds himself unable to dodge.
Whatever he opts, Jargo's style of fighting remains highly controversial, compared to the warrior in plate armour, swinging his weapon with all his might...
