Born in a village on the western edge of The Reaching Woods, Amra Galanodel's early life was not filled with much excitement. Always having to study, learn different languages, and various other things in the peaceful village was quite boring to her.
One summer she took part in an archery competition in Scournobel during their yearly festival. While she didn't win any prizes Amra's parents saw a different side of her that day. Amra asked her parents to leave the village and set out on her own, and her parents granted her wish.
Not knowing where to head she stayed on with a travelling merchant until she landed in Isinhold after she ran out of money. Being an adventerous sort has brought Amra to Cormyr. Who knows where her travels will take her from here.

I guess I should write in this thing huh? A lot has changed in the last moon or so. I arrived in this town called Isinhold where it's rather quiet at times, and really busy at others. I've met some really interesting people here who are too many to number...but let's start with a few:
Kelyan was the first one I've met and he follows this lady named Mystra. She controls magic or something...which is good...because maybe she might have the answers as to why I can cast spells. Oh yeah...I can cast some really neat spells. Nothing too flashy but it's saved my hide several times.
Aspa...something or other...this guy who we call "Aspa" has a really long name but he's a trusted companion. He seems to find scrolls all over the place too. Good thing Darvin helped me with my scroll reading skills when I was working for him in Scournobel or I wouldn't be able to understand any of these magical writtings. He's from some place really far away from what I understand.
Zan...one of my elven friends. She's a really good archer, even better than me. Her red armor looks really cool too and we have fun shooting orcs together a lot. I don't see her much though.
Nania...my mischevious elven friend. She makes me laugh...A LOT. We have to cause more pranks on the guys.
...and last but not least...Jorinar. We both like each other...a lot. He's always really nice to me and I guess he enjoys my company. I think he likes me a lot more than I do him but I really do like him. He's a really nice guy who does what he believes is right and hopefully one day he can find the peace he needs from his past deeds. I've enjoyed many a long walk with him...and some dwarven ales as well. He makes me smile and laugh, and I make him smile and laugh too. He's really made being here worthwhile.
...anyway I'm running out of ink and I should go shoot stuff...err...practice with my bow...or maybe some of my other skills...

Jorinar is the best. He found this area in the woods that wasn't bothered by angry animals or stupid gnolls. It was quiet, peaceful, and somewhat scary too. Why would someone leave a house out in the middle of the woods?
Jorinar and I spent the night there and in the morning he found some vegetables in a nearby garden...what was left of the garden anyway.
I wonder if we'll go back there any time soon.
We found a powerful scroll the other day. I haven't seen something like this since I left home. Perhaps Kelyan can take us to the temple of his goddess so we can keep it safe...maybe even exchange it for some scrolls we can use to keep ourselves alive.
*yawn*...I don't know why I'm sleepy a lot lately...probably because of the weather change...

It's been a while since I wrote in this so here we go...
Jor and I have been travelling a lot, sometimes with friends, sometimes alone. We spent several days together and got a lot accomplished. We took on some Ogre spellcasters, some hooked/bird/things, and a few Orcs. That was kind of fun but we lost a few people who were luckily taken away by their god.
Later on Jor, Helgrin, Vorta, and I went to check on some Kobolds and it looks like some other type of lizard has joined them. From what Jor says they are all grouping together with other monsters in the area for...well...we're not sure. I really thought I was going to die. We have all decided to not go in their cave again.
Recently though...Jor, Aspa, and I went to this grove to check out some things there. It was filled with large lightning monsters and then there was a tower filled with things that love fire.
...I fell...but Aspa and Jor found Lydia and saved me.
I really don't know what I would do without my friends.

Jorinar gave me a new cloak recently. It helps me hide really well so I'm going to practice more on sneaking. With all the things we've found recently I think that's a good idea. He also reinforced my hood so it helps block those stupid Ogres when they hit me in the head.
I've also bought some new armor recently that may help when we're out...not sure though.
We haven't gone anywhere with too many other people recently...except Lydia and Quendros more recently...but where's Aspa? Where are Kelyan and Zan??
I hope they are safe...and not in "the wall".

Jor is asleep so I thought I would write into this while we stay here in Redmist. We travelled here to go to a nearby tomb...and almost wound up buried ourselves. Orcs are attacking the roads here with more ferocity and if it wasn't for those knights we would have been dead dead.
Quendros went with us and we all fought really well. He's a more skilled archer than I am...I guess I need more practice...
Jor received favor from Kelemvor so he can now get blessings from him every day. He's been trying so hard for this and I'm so proud of him. I can't wait until we adventure again.

Jor said I can stay here at the temple of Kelemvor so I might just do that. Inside it's really comfortable, but outside it's awfully cold...and lonely. Sure Jorinar is with me but it's not as busy as Isinhold. Quendros has come to stay with us tonight as well and I think we're going to hunt something tomorrow.
I mentioned to Jor we should probably help the Red Ravens. When I was buying Alchemist fire from there last I saw some wanted posters. Perhaps we should also looking at adding new members to our group. It's been awhile since we...Jor, Kelyan, Zan, Aspa, Quendros, and I...all traveled together. I hope they are doing well.

Staying with Jor here in Skull Crag. He said he wants to check out some more crypts in the area around Skull Crag...so we'll see what we find when we do check those areas.
Recently while he was sleeping I left to Isinhold to look at some basic leather. I've been thinking about getting lighter armor to help with my sneaking. There I saw Kelyan, Aspa, Chrys, Kain, and Damien. I pulled on Damien's facial hair...it -is- real...to my surprise.
We travelled to some wodded area near Redmist to take on some bandits and goblinoids. They were tough but we made it through alive...for a change. We even found a cave that had these large cat-like creatures that threw spikes with it's tail while it flew overhead...scary!
Other than that recently I was with Jor, Helgrin, Cane, and Griz. We went to fight some undead in a temple near Redmist but the last thing I remember is running from these armored zombies and blacking out...
...Luckily I found my way back to here. I think I need to do more alone...to test my skills on my own. Not a lot, just every now and then. If I'm going to help Jor then I need to be able to help myself first...
