To the council of Greatgaunt I send greetings in the name of the Triad,
I have been informed by Adoolina of the House of Healing a disease is spreading through the Bramblewood forest and write with warning of it.
Samples provided by Fenix the druid revealed the diseasse causes fevered aggression in animals and causes a burning in the mind and heart until the creature perishes. It cannot be cured by medicines or salves but by faith and the removal of the disease by divine means. This disease can infect humanoids.
Steps are being taken among the adventuring community to combat this, but I wtite in the hope you will warn travelers passing through of the risk.
