On this day, Eleasias 17, two figures by the name of Vlaric Spellrune and Bishop Cruz did engage in an illegal duel in the middle of the square in the presence of witnesses as so jurated below.
They did fight first with fist, then the one known as Vlaric drew his sword and proceeded to attack Bishop Cruz. They then broke apart when I shoved my body in between the two fighting, sending both men backwards from the impact. After the fight was concluded Bishop then drew his sword, but never struck with it.
I then requested they proceed to the Red Ravens in order to subject themselves to the law, by which I was repeatedly told by Vlaric that 'I was not the law' and to 'suck his sack'. He then proceeded to threaten Bishop Cruz several times with 'death spells' in full view. Both parties left the square only to return shortly thereafter.
