Greatgaunt Vols cloak

Well I know sworn members have their badges of private, corporal and sergeant which is cool, but what if every sworn volunteer could also recieve a cloak that should be used when on duty?

This volunteer cloak could grant some basic skills like +2 discipline and concentration. The cloak must be returned to Sir Callen when the Volunteer retires.

The idea of a uniform type garment was discussed when we first began the Vols, but was never adopted. If any of the Vols wish to have a uniform garment simply speak up at a muster, we'll take ideas, then vote on them.

I do not like the idea of a magic item as a membership token. If this sort of item were available to Vols for a fee I would be more than glad to include it. For example: a Vols cloak with no ability for ordinarly cloak price, a +2 skill bonus Vols cloak for the coat of a +2 skill item, etc.
