Evalynn enters the red ravens and introduces herself to Shrander and Pett, explaining that she has a report to make in regards to theft of magical goods valued over five thousand lions.
She describes the event, then puts it all in writing -
A halfing of middle age, grey eyes, and unshaven waring a mantle, thick bracelets on each wrist, and notably no shoes, did enter the merchant house where I, Evalynn Rosewater, Adorned Templar of the Crying God was tending to the sale of various magic goods.
He proceeded to study a number of objects before offering me thanks right before snatching an enchanted belt that provides resistance to magic and dashing out the door. He ran with a notable hop to his step.
This item is worth well over five thousand golden lions, though ultimately poses little threat, though it may aid him in assaulting those that would attempt to prevent further thefts by way of magic.
Please be advised that this criminal is at large as I was unable to seize him.
