Nicknames:
The Ace of Blades
Red Thunder
Killing Machine
Orc's Bane
Member of the "Wrecking Crew"
The "Ace"
Bane Killer
Build:
At 5' 10", Fiona is well-muscled; while not outright being manish, the muscles on her frame diminish her feminine form. Her athleticism leaves her with a remarkably flat chest. Save for the scars, Fiona is pretty enough in the face, and has a mop of hair that draws attention to itself. The long scar across the left side of her jaw looks to have been left there by something heavy, and a small "right angled" scar mark rests right under her right cheek. More scars criss-cross he body, but are not commonly visible due to Fiona almost always donning armor. Almost no one can report to ever seeing her in a dress.
Fiona's features are showing a bit of seasoning now that she is approaching 30 summers in age. New scars have found themselves on her face - the most noticeable being a vertical slash reaching down from her brow to her left cheek. Whatever blow caused that wasn't heavy enough to haven taken her eye with it. While you can't accuse her of actually being skinny, she does look more lean and trim these days.
Personality:
Fiona loves a good battle - She commonly tells people "I almost neva'h say no to a fight." This attitude goes beyond a blood-lust into seeing conflict as a sort of "proving ground" where people are "made or broken." In battle, her friends have claimed her to be "Fearful to behold" and "Grateful that they are on her side" While she cracks jokes on the field, and sometimes carries a seemingly superficial smug attitude with her foes, at her core she takes all combat seriously, considering it her "art".
As a friend, Fiona is unquestionably loyal and quick to forgive, this is in striking contrast to her attitude with the law, which she is frequently quick to question and disobey.
Fiona loves to joke, and particularly enjoys dirty humor. Drinking is also one of Fiona's favorite activities, but is closely watched - she has learned to appreciate moderation.
Fiona is quick to speak her mind and often has a simple way of looking at things. She is aware of her limits but is not ashamed of them - her security largely comes from the trust of her friends and her skill at arms.
Just before leaving Cormyr, Fiona had grown increasingly despondent and frustrated with whatever her situation was at the time. Perhaps this is what motivated her to leave in the first place. Whatever occurred in her absence seems to have quieted her unrest. She smiles more and is quick to laugh. The simmering, seething anger boiling just beneath the surface seems to have been replaced with a disciplined intensity and ironclad resolution. In short, she seems to have found her peace, and its made her more dangerous as a result.
Religion:
Fiona considers herself a "proper" Tempite - as stated before, she loves battle and tries to be the kind of person people can rely on in a conflict. She uses these moments to define her. As soon as Fiona had the will enough to do so, she ran away from home with a Temperian Warpriest who taught her how to fight and the values all Tempites endorse. Similarly, she took further vows in the shrine to Tempus in Suzial - to which, under the watchful eye of her peers and teacher, Tempus did show his approval.
Recently, Fiona has committed herself to the war between Shar and Selune, largely due to the influence of her friends. To Fiona it was a war that needed soldiers, and she had the training to fight it. As a result, Fiona has been spending more and more time involved with the Selunite church, learning and studying, even offering her the occasional prayer.
Fiona's expression of faith has changed in practice, but she still honors the gods important to her. She is quicker to offer praise to Tempus in battle, shouting his name as she charges and wearing the Foehammer's iconography. Whenever passing through Immersea, she makes a point to stop and by the temple of Selune and pray, while getting rather introspective on nights with full moons.
Reputation: ((Not from Epic Reputation, just from info that has gotten back to me))
What people say about Fiona is often colored. Some find her to be a devoted champion of good causes, and others frown at her with dubious concern. Some of the local Dwarven population apparently have cause to mistrust her, while institutions in Arabel see her as a charitable benefactor. Members within he law community are split on the matter as well - some think she would be a good addition to Crown's cause, others are troubled by her.
A bard that travels Cromyr named "Sabel" is in the process of writing a song about Fiona called "Rolling Red Thunder." While the song is still being written, there are those who already recognize the title and the theme; a swordswoman with nearly unparalleled skill.
Since developing a friendship with Arak Smithson and marching with him and his clan mates in the Battle of the Boot Hill, Fiona's rocky reputation with the dwarves seems to have smoothed over considerably.
