To the above mentioned and associated bodies,
I, one Taihaer Kamil, freelance merchant and general proprietor of exotic needs, wish to formally tender my request to establish an association and market for those outside the general purview of society, namely, the adventuring community. I would of course be willing to supply the majority of the initial capital in such an endeavor, but believe that basic presentation to the city council would convince you of the wisdom of my vision, particularly as it relates to the returned livelihood of your city in light o the tragedies of the past five years.
