~~~ Description ~~~
As a willowy dancer this sun-kissed elven beauty would flutter over meadows with graceful long bounces, her long golden locks flowing as easily in the breeze as strings from a spiders web, while a truly content smile was on a pair of plush delicate lips. Oh, alas for it was her destiny to fail, for those long legs often seemed a hinder to her own safety, as they locked together and her face quickly found itself impacting with a pool of dark sticky mud.
The long veil of golden hair now stuck to the crown of her head with a disgustingly dirt-brown colour. Mud dripped down over high cheekbones, the slender and straight nose, plush lips and the lithe chin in big socky lumps.
A dainty hand wiped away the worst of mud from her face, so she could peer at her surroundings with the gaze of a caught thief, the bright green eyes darting around her surroundings keenly to ensure none saw of her humiliating fate.
Quickly she would rise her full height, whole 5'4" feet into the air, desperately trying to prevent further mud and grime to spill down over her long gown and slender willowy body.
This was her fate as it had always been throughout her 100 years, unlucky and a clutz, perhaps the reason why she usually found herself more comfortable in the presence of her dusty books, rather than people themselves.
Still hope pumped through that heart of hers, hope and longing for glory, fame and adventure - so despite whatever tradegies might befall her she would never quit trying.

~~~ History ~~~
Lueara is far from your typical haughty and arrogant sun elf, as she was brought up in one of the most multi-cultural and mixed racial knots of the Sword Coast, Waterdeep. This is quite apparent on her rather "humanized" mentality and personality.
She comes from a family of only mediocre means, who lived most their generations in Waterdeep. Her parents wished for her to become something greater and find a life of better means, but the only way they could see, and afford, was wizard training at the local "crooked" wizard, Maddock.
Lueara spent 20 years under his wings, but the daily duties in his household contained even more housework than magic. In all those years she learned only minor cantrips and spells, which was not the goal either her or her parents had hoped for. To cope with her rather mediocre life, and the slow recognition that she would never aspire to anything great as her parents hoped, she cooped herself up in the library and lab - dreaming her way out of misery, assisted by her books.
The constant fact that she was seemingly born under an unlucky star seemed to haunt her most of her life as an apprentice, always tripping, walking into things, tipping things over, ruining experiments of Maddock's, and failing even simple spells. After twenty odd years filled with unluck, your social tendencies begin to run out, and this inspired her even more to dig into her books.
The only social interaction she usually had, was through letters with her family, which she was forbidden to see, and the odd guests and customers that sometimes came to visit Maddock's home.
One day came and Maddock finally kicked it, and Lueara was free to do whatever she wanted. She could finally seek out to better herself, despite the thought slightly frightening her. A gist of hope lit her horizon, as she decided to set for Cormyr, to find a particular dear friend of hers.

Addendum: The actual in-game description of her says she is 5'8" and 120 lbs, but that was a mock up from my side. I realized the correct height and weight would have been as mentioned above and this is my way of correcting it!
