The following Judgements have been accounted by Hoar's Champion, Morgan Sterling, following meditative contemplation.
Judgement #7
I submit to Alusair Nacacia Obarskyr, Steel Regent of Cormyr that after four days of penitent meditation I have come to the following decree on behalf of the Lord of Three Thunders - Hoar:
It is within the bounds of the Regent's rule that the Outlaw Mahrek Vargas' judgement has yet to have been fulfilled and that judgement is being prosecuted judiciously by the realm. As such it is outside of Hoar's jurisdiction to interfere and submit to the Outlaw Mahrek Vargas punishment fitting his crimes.
I commiserate and sympathise with all who have suffered until the Outlaw Mahrek Vargas' reign of unremitting terror but have faith in the Crown and its Regent to bring this villain to proper justice.
Although Hoar cannot interdict with this petty and vile being's meddling and evil doing I am still sworn to protect my flock. The citizens of Valkur's Roar, Greatgaunt and the good hinfolk of Shallybrook are now, as always under the protective shield of my parish and should this hideously loathsome man threaten these steads I will interdict.
Should a task force be legally set in motion to aid the Regent's hunt I will volunteer to join it to see this man brought to justice.
Judgement #8
Should, by reason of loop hole or failing of the law, the Outlaw Mahrek Vargas be captured and brought to trial but then be found not guilty, I will interdict on behalf of the people to see fitting retribution paid in full on the Outlaw Mahrek Vargas on behalf of the Crown and the citizens of Cormyr. On such rare circumstance I will seek my confidential employer for adequate compensation for the Barren of Retribution, its wards and scribes.
Upon capture of said villain after vengeance has been weighed and measured on the Outlaw Mahrek Vargas his remains will be delivered to Suzail for the satisfaction of Alusair Nacacia Obarskyr, Steel Regent of Cormyr.
Judgement #9
Upon review of the ledger of Greatgaunt's garrison I have no choice but to allow Olivia free berth of judgement for transgressions past sentenced by weight of local jurisdiction. Should accountable deed left unweighed or ignored by authorities need be examined I shall open myself for further meditation and deliberation, though it upon my advisement that this trader be staunched of income and forced to seek trade in other lands more suited to the accounts I have received of her moral countenance.
Hoar's will be done.
