I submit to thee the following accounts of this humble servant of Hoar in relation to the Outlaw Mahrek Vargas:
I have been charged with weighing the act and deed of Vargas in regard to bearing Hoar's judgement on his deeds. This is a vile and lothsome man who deserves more pain and anguish than his mortal coil can support.
With only four days meditation I quickly came to the determination that his deed is out of Hoar's jurisdiction and that your will should be carried out lawfully.
One prays that this man is captured swiftly and also that his sentence be slow and in full penance to each deed committed against the peace loving citizens under your righteous shield.
Should, for whatever unrealistic reason, this man be found to walk the streets after capture due to injustice of the law you can count on this humble servant of Hoar to weigh this man in entirety and take full value of each and every mid-deed from his body and soul.
