Since there's been a recent surge or something of half-orc interest, and since I'm a half-orc advocate (Why are we using 3.5 rules in a 3.0 setting, grrr -2 charisma! *Fistshake*), I figured I'd link this. This is the quintessential half-orc, which talks about some cool things regarding half-orcs, things they can do, stuff like that.
While it's technically vanilla D&D (Greyhawk I guess) the whole thing does provide ideas for RP to add on top of FR that slots in very nicely, since there's virtually no surface change from FR half-orcs, and the material is all 3.0 and 3.5
