My name is Zerastrum Bloodmoon, a devout priest of Velsharoon and as such I humbly request your permission and assistance in establishing a temple to the mighty Velsharoon where not only his devoted can pray in safety, but where the people of your great and powerful kingdom can pray in safety for his mercy. Naturally said temple would be more than happy to provide services to cure those afflicted with varying ailments or even knowledge regarding how your valued citizens can best protect themselves against the undead. I understand fully the laws regarding undead and personally promise that at no time would the creation of undead be allowed inside the temple. I realize that this request may prove controversial for you if approved and I know that you will give my request fair and honest consideration. I thank you greatly for your consideration and appreciate the freedoms accorded those of my chosen faith in your wondrous and mighty kingdom. If I can somehow be of any assistance to the crown and/or kingdom you have but to ask. Any refusal of my request will in no way influence the offer of assistance.
