To whom it may concern,
Some time ago, a bounty was placed on one Erynne "Wanderlust" Perselli. This bounty was created and set by a citizen of Thay, then posted in Cormyr. Now, I understand that under the old Western Reach Accord that a foreign power was not allowed to act on behest of another nation. My question is: is that still the case?
If it is, then Thay has enacted a grievous wrong against Cormyr. The aforementioned Perselli was recently taken from within the boundaries of the Crown and given to the Thayan Enclave at Proskur.
I hope that there are steps we can take to rectify the situation.
