Is there an official rule on druids and wearing medium (chain shirt and chainmail) armor? I know officially in the rule books druids who do not follow Mil...unicorn lady goddess cannot wear metal armors. However, I'm also under the impression that PnP has non-metal medium armors available for druids to use (maybe not I really don't know.) Do DMs have a policy on this one? Do they turn a blind eye to this one given the limited options available? Not sure it matters too much for Malek since his strength is so low chain would be a bit heavy for him but that could change and even if it doesn't others may want to know. Also sorry if this has been asked before - proboards search doesn't tend to like me though.

Okay I think that answers my question. So unless something is otherwise noted as not being made of metal, medium armor is a no-no. Got it.
Thank you.
Quick Edit: Lets say down the line a druid does want to craft some armor of Ironwood. The ironwood spell doesn't exist in NWN but there are ironwood planks. They are not scripted to allow the crafting of any sort of armor, so I guess two questions then:
1) Any chance of scripting ironwood armor crafting? (more a suggestion maybe but I also don't know if its possible).
2) Could a druid with Ironwood RP the crafting of armor given the right conditions and some DM oversight?
Sorry if I sound pestering especially since this doesn't immediately effect me but figure i might as well ask now so I can begin to think/plan about this stuff if I decide to try and pursue it.

Well, as for RP, it's what dms like to see. And if a druid were to put in the time rping spending time on crafting ironwood planks and such, who knows what a dm might choose to do?
As for armor, there may be druid special armor SOMEWHERE on the server. Perhaps Malek as simply not yet become aware of it.
