A Letter Hand Delivered to the War Wizards Tower.

To the Royal Magician of Cormyr are greetings sent:

Dear Caladnei

I intend to construct a tower for arcane research and experimentation, and would like a few moments of your time to discuss it. Such an institution might gather up those arcanists who feel they are not suited to the military or the War Wizards, and provide them a unified front from which to use their collective talents. This could be of inestimable benefit to the Crown. I have not yet finalized a system of governance for such a tower, nor a code of conduct for its denizens. I would prefer to listen to your opinions first.

"Caladnei: A small and transparent gesture in the hopes that you might be more amendable to my tower proposal. I thought acknowledging my purposes for sending the flowers, more than the flowers themselves might make you smile or laugh. Say whatever else you will about me, I am upfront about things!"
