Dear Sir or Madam;
My name is Elvaledith Deseth. I am writing this letter to report an assault with the intent to murder just outside of the city. It happened in the great caves under the tree in which hobgoblins were temporarily residing, until we managed to destroy quite a few of them. A man that wears red robes with a glowing staff attacked myself, a mister Galrog, and a mister Larinn. We did get him to leave us alone after a lengthy battle that involved a dog with flames coming from areas of it and a giant spider.
The man is currently wearing Red robes with flowery patterns in it. He is hooded and I am afraid that I could not see under the hood, although he appears human sized. His staff is white with a blue gem atop of it of some magic sort.
