Hey Ray Ray,
How much would it cost for a fella like me to buy the Prancing Bull?
Any idea how much it cost to get the upstairs fixed up?
Plus we really need to get Beannie the heck out of here, I bet we could pay him to camp out at the Royal Corps Headquarters in Thunderstone.

*Ray looks at Snipe for a long, long time before busting out in laughter for a few moments*

*he grins lewdly, eying the current dancing lady before going back to restock his shelves of booze*

Tarithel enters the Bull and after giving the dancer a wave walks up to the bar to talk to Ray. She leans onto the bar and says, "What am I hearing, Ray, you have no head for selling the Bull? Come on, surely you do have a price?" She flutters her eyelashes at Ray and continues, "You know, you're not getting any younger. Haven't you thought about retirement? From looking at the first floor, I can really tell you don't have the enthusiasm you must have originally had, anymore."
She sits on one of the stools. "Maybe you could do with some help, now? Financial and otherwise?", she says and gives Ray a good long look, before continuing, "You know, I don't give a fig about the Bull ... I would just as well buy the Ogre, tidy it up, and call it Chez Tari, or the Lecher in Mars ... but seriously, Snipe needs something to look forward to ... And maybe you should make plans for the future, too? If you don't want to sell, now, at least give him a price and maybe a time ... who knows when we'll have the cash, anyway."
"Think about it, he could help getting this house full again. He knows a whole lot of people", she says, knocks on the bar and leaves with a weak smile.
