A woman in blue walks into the Purple Dragon Barracks in Suzail and asks Ogder, the Purple Dragon Firstsword in attendance on Commander Lord Sthavar, if she may leave a letter with him, to be passed on to the Commander or some more appropriate person. Assuming a favorable reply, she gives him a sealed letter. Before she leaves, she smiles sunnily, and offers him a bunch of cherries for his next lunch break with thanks for his help.
