To whom it may concern,
I would like a matter set to rest in the most official manner possible.
Currently, within the Hullack Forest, there exists an organization known as the "Sword of the Forest Heart" or the Wardens. To my knowledge, these exist separately from the Cormyrean Wardens under the Crown's supervision.
The elven lord Tulithralas, in charge of the wellbeing of the elven settlement within the Hullack, has issued such rules as "no undead within the forest." Not to put too fine a point on that, but is he able to do such? If he is, then I would suggest allowing the elven Wardens a bit more leeway in patrolling the forest and keeping their home safe, be that making rules or what have you. Here is my idea:
- Have the leaders of the elven settlement compose a set of rules they would like visitors to follow while in the Hullack. - Have a small committee (1 or 2 people) look over the rules and make sure they flow with the Crown's laws. - Enact the rules with the Crown's blessing.
Thank you for reading this.
Regards, Sir Cald Ashall, Swordcaptain Herald, Royal Corps of Monster Hunters
