I am writing at the behest of Alyster Darkharp, Bard and Archbard of the Alizarin Academy of Bardic and Arcane Lore of Marsember, as well was Yulena Korin-Hawkrune. Both are members of the former Chapter Azure, of which the Alizarin Academy project was an off-shoot.
The aforementioned personages request permission to found a temple to the Binder of What is Known in our fair capital. They thought that you would be the best to present this to and, as such, requested me to pen a letter asking your thoughts on the matter, and whether or not such a feat would be possible. They wish to make it known that they are willing to raise the funds for this endeavor.
Any reply may be sent by way of the Royal Corps of Monster Hunters barracks, Thunderstone.
