Oenemi Hawksong
Race: Teu’Tel’Quessir (Moon Elf)
Origin: Leuthilspar, Evermeet

Eyes: Silvery blue
Hair: Black
Skin tone: pale, like most moon elves
Build: athletic
Appearance:
Though she appears no more than perhaps seventeen summers by human standards, this dark-haired elven maiden with inquisitive eyes appears to have more wisdom than her apparent youth would suggest. A single, starkly white feather stands out in contrast against her lustrous, ebony hair, some of which has been pulled into slender braids woven with small trinkets carved from both wood and bone.
A wooden flute hangs off one belt, next to what appears to be a sheathed, curved blade.
Miscellaneous appearance notes:
In addition to the feather in her hair and other small trinkets, she wears an ornament, carved from ironwood, of several laurel leaves, much in the fashion of those worn by Rillifane’s followers (represented by the funky “thing” on her head in game). Oenemi is typically dressed with the emblem of House Hawksong, recognizable to most elves from Evermeet.
History:
Having shown little talent or perhaps desire for arcane studies or warcarft, Oenemi was assigned the duty of caretaking for one group of House Hawksong’s unbonded pegasi. Though the admittance of any but the caretakers and bonded riders into the aerie was typically forbidden, Oenemi allowed in Kythorin Nightstar, a young bladesinger in training. Kythorin, a talented and promising warrior held in high regard by his peers, had hopes of becoming a mounted warrior in the Queen’s service.
Kythorin was last seen plummeting from the back of a pegasus during the demonfey assault on Evermeet. He was among many who were deemed missing or fallen during the deadly assault. Shortly afterwards, Oenemi opened the aerie, freeing the remainder of the unbonded pegasi. As punishment, she was forbidden to enter the aeries until she had proven her worth once more.
Banished from the aeries and without purpose, Oenemi was often seen wandering the woods outside of Leuthilspar, brooding. Through a friend from her youth, Aluvia Ahmaquissar, she met Serendil Lorenthas, a keeper in the service of the Leaf Lord. Serendil accompanied Oenemi on many of her long walks, and in time, taught her much of the lore of the woods, the nature of various plants and their usage, how to calm and approach the creatures within, and the peace that the balance of nature can bring. At the first Budding, Serendil withdrew from the wooded glades of Evermeet, leaving Oenemi, still forbidden from the aeries, to wander the woods alone again.
Later that year, at the dance of swirling winds, a beautiful white feather floated down to Oenemi. None of the other celebrants saw where it came from nor claimed it as theirs, and Oenemi has worn it since. Believing the feather a sign from the Winged Mother and following Serendil’s example, Oenemi departed Evermeet, obtaining the services of a mage to transport her, via magic, to the outskirts of Cormyr, where rumors, perhaps unfounded, spoke of another of House Hawksong.
Patron deities: Aerdrie Faenya (primary), Rillifane Rallathil, and all of the Seldarine
Goals:
Oenemi considers herself on a spiritual mission, which may be purely in her own mind, but it’s better articulated in game.
