To whom it concerns:
It has been brought to my attention that the fugitive murdering elf going by the name of Brezren, is still free and at large, evading with little attempts to capture him you may have made. My trust and the trust of the folks whom inhabit these areas is lacking in your abilities to apprehend criminals of this caliber. I have personally seen the fugitive in Tyrluk, and was harassed by the thing he calls his woman in an attempt to sway me into dropping any charges. This is an obstruction of justice, law, and security. I suggest that you as a law force make haste in apprehending this murder, and putting him to the gallows as you did with me! Lack of justice could show others how easy it is to get away with murder, and that is an injustice in itself!
Justice must be sought!
