it came to my ears that the elf by the name Brezren,who murdered people and was sentenced to death, has escaped your prison. I am certain that your reputation has suffered from this.
I do hope that I am not wrong in my assumption that you will undertake every step to bring him back behind bars and that he will face the punishment for his crimes. Furthermore it do hope that everyone who is aiding him will also be judged for helping a murderer.
I do hope that you will also inform the authorities of other towns of this criminal and what danger he poses for everyone while he is running around freely to murder as he pleases. Justice has to be served.
