I know there seems to be (I want to say a lot).. more RDD's about probably more then the 1 player we had.
However, theres a lot of different RP going on about RDD's.
My General Understanding is that they must use Some form of magic to Spur their Draconic heritage on. it does not just happen.
theres magic going on behind closed doors?
is this a correct assumption?

I second this. Can we get some more info particularly on what first begins the process of being a rdd or any dd as well as the staff's stance on their reception by the npcs of Cormyr? I mean, are dragon disciples seen as freaks by npcs or are they commonplace since this may factor deeply into an individual dd's rp as well as the rp of those around them.

I'll post this first. frc.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=prclore&action=display&thread=7715Dragon Disciple is just that. A disciple of dragons, one who has spent a great amount of time and resources in finding out about and unlocking the fraction of blood within their being to amplify and enhance their dragon form. That's why a Dragon Disciple needs lore to take the class. The lore is representative of the study one has done to unlock their blood. The blood is only realized after the spell that acts as the catylist. It doesn't just occur naturally. Also a Dragon Disciple is not a half dragon. They take the half dragon template at level 10 from the great amount study and unlocking they have done of their heritage. Only then could they be considered "half-dragon".

I'm really starting to suggest this and AA become classes that require application. Their rather powerful and Require player to know lore.
RDD especially we get alot of folk who suddenly have wings, (so it seems) even when asked.. where as you said they are disciphles who seek out and magically encourage their dragon blood.

Many NPC's would find them freakish I'm sure, and would shy away from them. Most tend to conceal their draconic indicators to get by in society better. Others who don't may just not care that they're regarded with suspicion, fear, or even hostility. Adventurers however are a whole different ballpark on treatment, and that's up to the adventurer. Most are more human in appearance than a true half dragon though, and if the guards tolerate them, the other commoners may, though they still may be distrustful.
