I am almost 100% sure that those descriptions you see are the standard ones, just in a different language. I can't see why this is any bigger problem then those people having the english version there.

i know a few german ones and living close to germany i can see quite easily that it's merely a translation of the standard bio that comes with every char you roll up. so, a guy in germany buys the german version of nwn and makes the easy mistake of not deleting his standard bio (and possibly replacing it with a description of his char). there you have it, german bio...

Funny I never read the bios. If I can't tell from being around a person what they are like, then I don't need to know.

I love reading bio's that describes what the character looks like. I mean...seriously...how many characters with EXACTLY the same head do you see every day? Does it mean they all look alike? Yikes..

I for one only use ONE head for all of my characters Simular hair too, almost never any tatoos, and they all wear simular clothes I'm in the process of making a new main character complete with bio. Anyone know of good ones I can take notes from? Like how a good "appearance bio" might look like etc.

It should, but some people put info there that changes. What if they are wearing a disguise, change the weapons they use or any other number of things?

"how many characters with EXACTLY the same head do you see every day?" Funny thing is, I never see too many people with bald heads and beards. Maybe a phobia of what they look like in real life, but I am comfortable being bald, bearded and fat ... *cries a little*. Maybe it has to do with everyone having a high charisma... Alright I gotta stop posting today, dont think I have said anything constructive in my last 10 posts ...

I know this might not be in perfect harmony in roleplaying, but I generally (maybe because I'm lazy) just try to make the character as close to likeness as the portrait I choose. And I don't have anything in my bio. Look at the picture and that's me..anything else..your own your own to find out about me.

i also try to pick the appropriate portrait. and also, i look very closely at the head i plan to choose before i use it. heck, i even went into the toolset with a model of jargo to look at him from all angles and up close, just to make sure he looked ok. but normally, the bio can tell so much more than the basic looks and portrait of your char. like height, weight, complexion etc etc etc.... but please, check the link i left you. that's where this whole discussion should be...!

So this brings up a question I've had for some time, but never asked... and it probably belongs in a different thread but ya, I'm too lazy. I thought CEP provided different character heads to choose or at least expanded the options... at least I've seen some character heads IG that don't seem to show up when I build a new PC. So, am I doing something wrong or is there an additional hak/override I need?
