A letter arrives at Chauntea's Grove in Espar, addressed to Alandar:
Sir,
I have been asked to help build a new shrine to Chauntea for the city of Valkur's Roar, on the site of some old temple ruins. The deity or entity to which this temple was dedicated seems lost to time, but there are rumors of undead in the tombs on the grounds. The city seems eager to have the current shrine moved to the new location, but I don't feel comfortable dismantling the current structure without knowing if the site is consecrated or desecrated and in whose name. I have been carefully maintaining the grounds there, and two of the five trees on the site are showing signs of renewed life.
Could you or another capable priest meet me in Valkur's Roar to bless the site in the name of the Earthmother before I disturb any of the stones and potentially anger anything residing there? I travel throughout Cormyr, but I can receive letters at the Regal Griffon Inn in Greatgaunt.
