Are the orcs called 'Blooded Orcs' supposed to have the 'blooded one' template?
Zae, as a Red Wizard, has been wondering about those. According to the flavour text of the blooded one template, they are a Thayan creation, and he'd be pretty worried about having them in Cormyr, especially after a bunch of them attacked Isinhold.
What about the blooded worgs one meets occasionally? Those are no legal target for the template, but I'm still wondering about them.

Don't look at me, I didn't make the NPCs on FRC so I have no idea. This is a question about the NPC Blooded Orcs and Blooded Worgs on FRC, not really something I can look-up.
I would think this would be a question for Justicar or whoever actually added the NPCs to the module.
For my money, I think they're just "blooded" in the tribal sense of the word. That meaning that they're battle-scarred and hardened. The opposite of being "green." That's how I interpreted it without foreknowledge of the Blooded One template anyway.

The only time I ever heard of blooded was reading the rogue's series novel Crimson Gold starring everyone's favorite Uskevren Tazi! In there, it stated that the blooded orcs were created in thay. Are they the same? Not sure. But Munroe is right, we need to know if the creator intended for these orcs to be one in the same. I suggest your wizard begins doing a little "research" to find out if they are

In this case "Blooded" means just what Munroe says it does. It was just a way to designate them as tough monsters. Nothing more should be read into it. Sometimes naming conventions can be difficult when you have like 50 of the same creature type. You need to get creative rather than just calling something "Really Tough Orc".
Cheers!

So they're no blooded ones. Shame, me and Veshal already had such a nice conspiracy theory about them. ;D
Thanks for clearing it up, Justi!
