Visitors to Valkur's Roar may have noticed the shrine to Chauntea has been cleaned up and restored as well as the cold of winter will allow. The plants in the garden seem to be flourishing once more.
Those arriving from the southwest recently might see that the tree in the center of the old temple ruins is receiving some attention, but it will take time to know whether or not those efforts are in vain.

The shrine has been kept up for well over a moon, with the plants looking as healthy as possible in winter's waning grasp. The needy who frequent the shrine report that the young man, who says little as he works, has also left generous gifts for them, up to twenty golden lions to split among themselves for food and shelter. To the southwest, passersby will see that some work has been done on the grounds, with two of the trees starting to show signs of life.

Chauntea's shrine has been given a thorough clearing and cleaning for springtime's arrival. The poor and destitute that frequent the shrine say the young man tending it was as generous as always, but that something was obviously weighing on his mind.

Following the attacks on Valkur's Roar, the shrine tended and spruced up once more. The grounds for the new shrine to the west were also cleaned up.

A very pale woman approached and spoke with the young man as he tended the grounds of the new shrine location: She approached silently, asking his business. He explained he was tending the site of the new shrine, which seemed to be news to her. She gave her home as being a farm "somewhere over there a bit" and said she had to go before sunrise. He assumed she had chores, but she she seemed to vanish as she walked away. He looked to see where she went but a brief, though thick, fog obscured his vision.
