To Lord Sthavar a plea for clemency

I am writing you in regards to a prisoner currently held with in the dungeons of the War Wizard tower. The prisoners name is Torgeir. As you are quite aware Red Mist has declared independent as as I write now the armies of both Thay and Red Mist move against the realm. At this most desperate of hours no sword should be turned aside. I would ask that Torgeir be released into custody of the Purple Dragon to lend his sword against the oppressors of Thay. I will gainsay his conduct while he serves. I ask that this small leniency be granted.

We are remanding the prisoner Torgeir to the custody of the Isinhold militia. He will be your ward, and any transgressions he commits, the punishments shall be dealt to you in equal measure. There will be no leniency in this decree. We know you to be a do-right citizen of Cormyr, and we expect that you shall guide him with the highest moral compass. Ensure that him and yourself shall be ready to defend Isinhold should it become assaulted.
