These elves are as evil as the drow themselves!

LoL. Eldreth Veluuthra has already been roleplayed on this server by some of elf-players. And there's been a dm storyline where we (the Wardens) suspected Eldreth Veluuthra, while others suspected the Wardens Also, this is one of the reasons why it often boggles my mind that when players want to play elves that go evil, they play evil on human terms, instead of on elven terms of evil...

I had an elf for a bit that was very Eldreth Veluuthra-like and he hated humans. However, his counterpart was a lovely person who loved everyone which made for great RP.

Evil on elven terms is scary, moreso than drow.

Loria refusing to shut up about the existence of these guys is why she is no longer welcome in the Hullack. It may also have to do with her attempts to arm the farmers of Thunderstone so they could fight back, but she will only report the former.

Soooon “ Hullack Forest In 1391 DR, the Eldreth Veluuthra sieze control of the Hullack Forest. Cormyr tries to regain control in 1394 DR in a brief conflict, but more pressing threats from Netheril and Sembia forces King Azoun V to redirect its efforts, and the Eldreth Veluuthra maintain control of the forest.”

Note that since it's 4e, this isn't 3e cannon.
It has as much validity as me making a character that will marry the prince of Cormyr.

Glanced over the Champions of Ruin entry... one interesting tidbit is that they have druids and rangers who get their spells from nature, rather than from a deity.

FRC has left the canon timeline, hasn't it? Or is anybody holding their breath for the Spellplague, too?

There's a difference between there being Eldreth Veluuthra in Hullack and them taking it over fully. Having Eldreth Veluuthra around can make things interesting. Having them take over? No Arulem for anyone.
