5.) Participants should discuss among themselves to form their teams
6.) No team may have more than 1 monk. Monks must be evenly distributed

Slate Dongder, the Dragonslayer daytiming as a milkman side-jobbing as an organizer for the Shieldmeet, has taken on being an advocate for the mothers and children of the realm. Being a milkman, he's formed a really close bond with the mothers he's delivering to and thus, wants the best for their children!
With the initial idea of Headfootball being tabled (and possibly outright denied), the Dongder decides to take to "petitioning" in Greatgaunt and Valkur's Roar.
He is prepared for round two of the meetings with the following list of names which are all suspiciously in similar handwriting.
-Steven Ace -Randy Matthews -Veronica Stephens -Jessica Matthews -Ace Bandige III -Lynn Matthews -Maurice Malone -Mary Matthews -Ace Stephens -Josh Stewart -Matthew Stephens -Amanda Tuggins -Jessica Matts -Linda Matthews -Mert Ace -Josh Stephens -Matthew Stephens III -Andrew Matthews -Amanda Jeffries -Lynn Stewart -Andy Stephens -Rebecca Andrews -Ace Matthews -Mary Stephens -Andrew Stewart -Linda Jeffries -Josh Matthews -Randy Stewart -Daniel Malone -Rebecca Tuggins -Josh Ace -Cassius the Milkman (in a unique handwriting to the rest, "the Milkman" is scratched out for a mysterious reason)

Elon Dana, winner of the previous joust, can be seen dashing through the roads on foot.
Training his legs for swiftness, endurance, and strength. And bringing Ru's new batch of posters to the Barracks, taverns, inns, and nobles houses of towns, villages, and cities of the lands of Cormyr. To post them where he would be allowed to, handing to other noble houses, or priests of local temples.
And on the return route, he can be seen tracing his path in reverse, riding his steed Warr Pe Be clad in shiny and polished scale mail, a jousting lance stowed in the steed's pack, putting up fresh posters again.
He hopes this will drum up buzz and spread the word about this year's Shieldmeet.

Elon trains both on horse and on foot....trying to drum up buzz and increasing general knowledge of the people of these lands....posting fresh, clean, and new posters where he had posted them before.
Elon also announces publicly as he drums up buzz for the coming Shieldmeet, any coin he himself wins personally as an individual, he will by his own personal hand ... not ordered to do by any other ... will donate to the house of healing in cloudstone freely.

*Ru can be seen working on yet another stack of posters with smudges on her cheeks and ink stains on her fingers. Once complete, she seeks out Elon to split the stack so they can replace the posters and signs around Cormyr* -shines his sparring-training lance...his boots ...and his triad symbol....the last 2 prizes of the previous sheildmeet. He thanks Ru for the fresh stack of posters and rides off towards the bright horizon on his trusty steed to put up her new posters-

-Elon riding upon his warsteed 'Warr Pe Be', his blunt tip sparring joust lance in held firm stowed beside him upon his war-saddle, goes form town, to city, village, posting fresh and clean posters penned by the inspired of Ru, Chosen by the Goddess of Love of her own kin and Kind's faith He calls out words somewhat similar to how he addresses the People of Tyrluk .... on his steed with lance in hand- Good People of Tyrluk! My clan name is Dana ... but my personal name is Elon. At present a member of the Triadic Order in the keep near Evening Star. At the previous Shieldmeet I was one of three MVP of the Battle Flag games. Winner of the song competition. And Riding upon my warhorse Raised by your own noble and fair town, Warr Pe Be, by efforts past done, By Luck and Fate .... was honored and humbled to become the Joust Champion. Namer of Ru ... queen of Love and Beauty in the previous Sheildmeet -he removes his helm to show his face bare and honest to the people ...a thin but ugly scar traces across his features from eye's corner to lip's edge- But let not the past sway you ... this coming Shieldmeet ...is the new tests of mettle upon mettle. Where honor and fair contests await. Milestones comfirmed for those who enter perhaps, or views of themselves and the grander world around them re-aligned. But struggles guarnteed for those in the contests and assuredly after on the road ahead chasing that horizon far beyond. Come all young and old. Born upon the soil of these lands or from far away. Missed not the memories you shall make there, the excitement shared there. The Merriment of good show and fair content .... hearty good food and drink....and the arts of poetics in word, song, and talent. The Shieldmeet horns will sound arousing the sun to raise and light upon the field of art of arms, art of magecraft, wit and luck-sensed alike. Seek your place in the contests or viewing them. Four winters between. Let not the chance of sun and green grass and time to rouse your soul pass you. Shieldmeet awaits you! Meet her and all her Passion and Glory! Praise be to Lord Thundersword and his son Sir Ondyn Thundersword ... once more hosting Shieldmeet! -With a rear of his horse ...he wears his helm once more.... he makes calm but focused slow pace for the gates of the town, but upon open plains, off road, on grass and under clear skies, lance stowed once more, for the next town he races off-
