I downloaded you portrait and when I met you online I did not see your character's portrait. You may be right in your suspicions that the portrait was renamed to fit into the portrait pack you downloaded. I suggest speaking with a DM to see if you can remake Shi'Ana so that you can pick the portrait from the link you gave us above. Be sure to make a backup copy of your portraits folder, delete everything inside, paste the files from the link into the folder, make Shi'Ana then once you are done bring the backup files back into the folder. This way you are guaranteed not to accidentally pick the portrait form the portrait pack all over again.

...or just go through your portrait folder looking at the files with a photo editor to find the file for your character. Check the file name.. that is the name everyone must use to see Shi'Ana. I would imagine the one you gave us to download has a different file name from the one you are using.

The portrait that I posted the link to definitely has a different file name to what I am actually using for Shi'Ana.
Shi'Ana's actual portrait:
Julia_H.tga Julia_L.tga Julia_M.tga Julia_S.tga Julia_T.tga
The file names for the portrait that is identical, but is downloaded from the link I posted:
f_paladH.tga f_paladL.tga f_paladM.tga f_paladS.tga f_paladT.tga
I would assume that finding the files in your portrait folder and changing the file names from f_paladH to Julia_H (and so on) would enable those that downloaded the portrait to be able to see Shi'Ana's.
...or I could recreate Shi'Ana with DM permission using the f_palad portrait. (Whichever is best.)

You could send the files with the correct names to Grozer's site: grozer.tripod.com/id11.htmlThe file there is updated periodically, I believe, and then everyone who keeps it updated will eventually have your portrait with the correct name. Ali Akabba
