Application for opening a merchant storehouse in Arabel city.
The country of Thay hereby humbly requests the Steel Regent of Cormyr Princess Alusair Nacacia Obarskyr for permission to open up a storehouse in Arabel that will sell items from Thay to the local merchants.
This request comes as an offer of aid to a city that has so long been torn by war; I have personally had a meeting with the local priestess of Waukeen whom represents the local merchants that told me of the dire need for items to sell in the local shops.
Thay will of course take full responsibility for any caravans lost in their journey to Arabel and no claim of refund will ever be made should items vanish along the roads with in Cormyr.
The general idea of this storehouse will be to insure the local merchants in Arabel a steady and reliable flow of items to a fair price that can benefit and help rebuild the economy in Arabel, and of course create a steady income and a strong trading relationship for both Cormyr and Thay.
As a token of good will I hereby donate 10.000 lions to the needy of Arabel.
