*A tall robed figure can be seen over the next few days with a bundle of posters under one arm walking around Great Gaunt, Skullcrag and Valkur's Roar. Masked and hooded like usual, Allec sticks the fliers to any place where they might garner the most attention and mutters a spell of binding to keep them in place. The Letters are written in an elegant hand, the text copied several times in Chondathan, Illuskan, Dwarvish and Elven.*
To those non-humans who have commonly expressed such low opinions of humanity, if you dislike and hold us in so much contempt, why are you spending so much time in human settlements? Why leave your ancestral homes to come slumming with us lowly wretches? Have you been exiled from your people's homes, forced to come and live with us ignorant savages?
If not, you are the truest form of hypocrite and should drown yourselves to spare your race the shame of your existence and the rest of us your obnoxious lack of manners or intelligence. I have the deepest respect for the elder races and their accomplishments, it is rather disappointing to be confronted with such disrespect in human lands! I cannot imagine traveling to an elven or dwarvish settlement and treating your kin with the same disrespect I have seen humans treated with as of late.
So at the risk of repeating myself, I say again. If you find yourself wishing to express your hatred or lack of respect for humanity, do so outside of our towns and cities. The stupidity of coming to our lands to insult us is most astounding and I think all of us would prefer not to be exposed to it.
With kindest regards and sincerest respect, Allec Stormshadow

A Dwarf clad all in silvered armor with a large brown beard tied off with a silver bracer reads this notice in Skull Crag and grumbles. He then pulls out a sheaf of parchment and writes out a reply then leaves it underneath the letter.
In large blocky script surrounded by runes ᚣᚩᚢ ᛋᚢᚳᛣ ᛗᚪᚷᛖ ᚷᚩ ᛏᚩ ᚻᛖᛚᛚ reads: I have not met you, nor heard of you. This indicates to me you're likely of little consequence, but nonetheless I shall reply. Ye seek to draw out conflict and encourage division amongst manlings and non-manlings, else you would not post this so publically.Well, sir, either state these things ye claim directly or let them pass. For I often hear insults directed at Dwarves, sometimes specific to a particular Samman, sometimes my entire Folk. As my patron Clangeddin teaches, you must know when to fight and when to hold back. Ask yourself if this is a fight you truly wish to wage. -Alaghor and Hammer of Oghrann Torgar of Clan Kuldrorn.

*Next time Allec passes through skullcrag he notices the extra writing and walks over to read. After a moment he lets out a long chuckle and adds a bit of his own writing.*
Yes, an insult is a most excellent way to start a dialogue. I simply wish to make a point that may have been overlooked by some, especially after watching one of your kin insult those pledging their service to Great Gaunt in one of the recent gatherings of the Volunteer Militia.
She also made threats when I pointed out how rude she was being. Is that all you have to offer Cormyr? More war and bloodshed? I thank you kindly for helping to bring attention to this problem.

A reply is left to each, penned neatly in the same languages, and with the addition of the hin tongue.
"I was holding you, personally, in contempt. As far as being here- these are not human lands, merely those that have been invaded by your kind. The only truly 'ignorant savages' are those that take statements too far to heart and can't see that they, and they alone, are the target of such. If I want to express my "hatred or lack of respect," know that it is only you that I might refer to unless otherwise stated. My previous words about the dwarven tongue stand true- you are not worthy to speak such, and you write your Dethek runes in the sloppiest hand I've ever seen."

*The next time Allec bothers to wander by a letter, he again lets out a long laugh before jotting down a quick reply*
By that logic most of Toril should technically be the Dragons lands you little idiot. Elves and Dwarves are just as much invaders as you claim humanity is. Also, I wrote these letters in dwarven out of courtesy but I see from your continued insults such courtesy is wasted upon you.
Furthermore, I would say that those elves and dwarves who claim humans have invaded and stolen their lands are the greatest of liars themselves or simply ignorant of the fact that it was humanity that was among the creator races of this world, and that both elves and dwarves are interlopers in our world.
All of this is a side note anyways, as to the fact that millions of humans now reside in Cormyr, and you would be hard pressed to see us 'invaders' removed. So why not take your ignorant little world views and return to your home cave?

Another note is left to the mage's last letter, in the same blocky but firm handwriting as the first reply. It is written in common, Dwarvish dethek, and curiously, orcish.

Interlopers? Mayhaps in what mannish scholars teach as lore, but we Samman are taught that Moradin did create us and forge us from the heart of the earth itself, and thus did our ancient ancestors conquer their way to the surface. You took insult in my first reply where none was given. You accuse us of bringing war and bloodshed to a land where open war is upon them, whether all know it or not. The wise person knows that the goodly folk must ever see themselves as warriors in the battle against those that would steal their livelihoods, their lives, their families and even their souls. You seemed intent to create a rivalry, and I would strongly suggest if that is not your goal to choose your words with greater care rather than dig yourself deeper. You speak of respect for we Elder Races, yet are quick as a hammer throw to pile insults on my kinslass. Though not at this scene wherein you claim she rebuked you, I say the proof's in deed, not word.
There are many reasons Folk travel the lands, and to be so presumptuous shows either witlessness or else a willful desire to see the worst. For myself, I left ᚪᛚᚪᚷᚻ ᚱᚩᚱᚾᚳᚪᚢᚱᚪᚳᛣAlagh Rorncaurack to become a Xanderkuld, which led me to find kinsdwarves in need of an Alaghor. As to the suggestion that my kinsdwarf drown herself and then insulting her manners and intelligence, do not hide behind letters on a note, but confront her yourself that she can defend her honor. Again, words are wind, proof is in deed.-Alaghor and Hammer of Oghrann Torgar of Clan Kuldrorn.
