Danger is to be expected on the roads of Cormyr after dark, but more so for one who has incurs the wrath of the Doombringer. For the Lord of Three Thunders knows no mercy, and in the eyes of those who serve, redemption for heinous crimes past can come only with death.
So learned a young woman on the roads of Cormyr. A woman who escaped the tyranny of slavery with murder. A woman who murdered again to survive. A woman who swore her own oath of vengeance, yet forsook it to find a new life. A woman who let her heart be filled with hope, even as the noose closed around her neck.
So she learned through blood and steel, disappearing into the dark night. The next morning the last traces were found: bloodstains and footprints left from a struggle. A wooden box, containing clothes, and tucked inside a blue dress within the box was found a page containing the letters and numerals of the alphabet- a hand written learning aid signed with an 'S'.
//For personal reasons I will not discuss, I have decided to retire Sara Reyer. This was a decision I came to myself and is not the result of any player action. I have enjoyed the interactions with her and apologize to those who are now bereft of her company, but such is the way of the dangerous life of adventurers. I won't say she's gone for good, but this is simply the right course for me to take right now.

In the days following the first disappearance, another box of belongings was found nearby, similar to the first. Among other things within the box was an Adventuring Charter with the name 'Sara Reyer'.
It was decided that it likely belonged to the same woman who's other possessions had been found near the road. Notices began to circulate through the settlements of Cormyr, beginning with nearby Greatgaunt and Valkur's Roar, seeking individuals who might know the woman and her kin that they might be notified of her likely passing. No body was found.
Meanwhile a group of armed mercenaries departed Cormyr, heading west. They carried with them symbols of Hoar, and hauled in a small wagon the beaten and battered form of a young woman...

After days of inquiring in Greatgaunt if anyone had heard anything about Sara Reyer, Samantha finally heard from a bardess in Greatgaunt of the notices posted with information.
Upon learning of the found items, and discussing the issue with others present, Samantha set-out to make inquiries. Due to the lack of a body discovered and the possibility of a kidnapping, Samantha made inquiries with the local Temple of Hoar in Valkur's Roar and the Purple Dragons in Suzail.
// Due to the fact that Sara is apparently being permanently retired, I'm assuming the local Hoarites don't know anything (and wouldn't share what they knew if they did know anything), and the Purple Dragons are able to do little more than confirm it was Sara's belongings they found. While the next step would be to have someone attempt to scry for her, I imagine that will meet with little success either.

The priest at the Barren of Retribution either didn't know anything or wasn't sharing anything. It didn't seem like he knew anything though.
Now it's just a matter of hoping the Purple Dragons will reply with some kind of useful information, even if it's just where the personal effects were found. Ideally Samantha might be able to collect something from them that could be used to scry for Sara, or, worst case, what's left of her.
For the time, Samantha continues to wait for some kind of reply.
//Again, not really expecting a reply. Just going through the motions.

Samantha submits another request to the Purple Dragons in Suzail for information concerning the disappearance of Sara Reyer.
// Just going through the motions since she's retired. I'd rather she just vanished without a trace instead of leaving behind clues, but it is what it is.
