A lone Elven woman (dressed casually in candy-green and white) arrives in Espar and walks silently through the town. Her eyes go to everybody she passes as she methodically criss-crosses the town and enters each shop and public building. Her gaze lingers only on each male Hin she passes; all others get the barest of glances.
Either not finding whoever it is she's looking for or finding him and not wishing it known, she leaves the town as quietly as she arrived.
This same process is repeated in Tyrluk and then Thunderstone, before continuing as needed to other towns and cities. Unable to hide her distaste, she boards caravans as necessary to speed her travels.
Across the length and breadth of Cormyr she travels; but it is only in Shallybrook that she dares to speak a name.
"Chumley"
// Riell would stop searching if a) she's attacked; or b) she finds him (or "somebody" who knows him)

Somewhere in Shallybrook a tiny hin woman opens a door into an underground workshop.
"Chum, love! Are you in here?"
The workshop's owner pokes his head above an experimental trap. "Wot's the matter Alie?"
"Some elf's been looking for you.." The woman goes on to explain, the workshop owner's eyes light up. He rubs smudges off his face and hurries around gathering things...

The same Elven woman makes a return trip to Shallybrook and has a quiet word with the Innkeeper there. She asks his indulgence in delivering a letter to a certain Hin and/or his wife.
