I am based on the US East Coast so my time online tends to reflect US Eastern evenings, sometimes starting in the afternoon and/or running late into the night.
I am also running a PnP campaign locally (depending on if the group holds up) so I'll also be scheduling around our occasional sessions.
I've been on intermittently during the late night (US eastern) with vampires throughout Cormyr and the Western Reach. Vampires attacked Isinhold in force on the eleventh day of the Claw of the Storms (11 April 2008). There was a siege of Isinhold beginning on the eleventh but the town was not destroyed. (Claw of the Storms, or Tarsakh, is the fourth month of the Faerunian calendar.)
The main event I am currently running is a vampire plot which had its 3 year anniversary in February 2009. That having been said, most of the time I am active when it is nighttime in-game.
I have cut back severely on my time spent in the DM Client this year and I usually am only found in the DM client late on Friday or Saturday nights.
2008.12.14 -- I'll be picking up my vampire plot again here in the coming weekends. For those involved before when it fell off, I'll be trying to get you back involved and pick-up mostly where we left off. For newer folks, I'll be spreading stuff around so don't assume you're safe.
2010.01.21 -- The vampires are on the move again and it seems they are attacking Greatgaunt again. Why again? That's an in-character question. Find out in-character. At any rate, the attack is going to be on 6th Alturiak 1374. (That's 06 Feb 2010 for those of us on Earth.) I have a lot of available time at present so I'm hoping to open this thing up again. As to what hour on the 6th? Well, I expect it to be many hours.
2010.10.25 -- I really should update this more often. The vampires have been relatively quiet for the past few months. There are still sightings occasionally in Suzail, Valkur's Roar, the King's Forest, Eveningstar, Skull Crag, and elsewhere, but they're quiet. The villagers and the cityfolk still seem aware of a threat, but they have acclimatized to nighttime with vampires.
2013.09.20 -- As the weather grows cooler and the nights grow longer, vampire activity in Cormyr is on the rise again. Most common sightings of vampires occur in recent years in Suzail and Valkur's Roar, though there have been reports of them elsewhere, including occasionally a very pale woman or man asking questions in Greatgaunt about current events.

VAMPIRES
Number of players required: Many
Number of players currently involved: Fluctuates. Less than 5.
Suggested character level: The weakest encounters are about EL 4, if that helps. Most tend toward EL 6 or 8, though others go much higher.
Event progress: Been running forever. Plan to finish eventually. Maybe. It CAN be concluded.
Notes: Vampires are like cockroaches, but undead, smarter, and much better dressed.
Vampires are undead. They can take the form of wolves but they aren't really wolves. Crazy.
Werewolves
Number of players required: See Vampires.
Number of players currently involved: See Vampires.
Suggested character level: See Vampires.
Event progress: This is really just a subset of my vampire plot but may become its own in time.
Notes: The vampires used werewolves for their attack on Isinhold so clearly there is some dealing with werewolves going on.
Werewolves are shapeshifters. They can take the form of wolves but they aren't really wolves. Crazy.
Worgs
Number of players required: A few
Number of players currently involved: approximately6 0
Suggested character level: 7+
Event progress: Thematic. I'm not sure if there is a conclusion.
Notes: Worgs are Magical Beasts. They look like wolves but they aren't just wolves. Crazy.
