A letter is found on the body of Ivana Flamehands

*Just outside the city limits of the Free State of Redmist, a patrol of the Guard come across the body of a young woman quickly identified as Ivana Flamehands, a member of the Guard. She has two wounds, one in the back of the lower spine and one in the front of the throat, though they are free of any debris or shrapnel. There is no visible sign of her assailants or which direction they may have come from, nor even any signs that she has been dragged. To add to the enigma, a note written in a flowing common script is found in her front pocket, and taken along with her remains immediately to Captain Hallomeins Great Hall. The sergeant in charge of the patrol salutes and reports the situation, handing the note to Ranan.*
