OK, so I've had two sessions since my last update.
The sessions of 21 June and 05 July.
The session of 21 June, the players of Shelbie, Ardarious, and Ginger were absent.
The "party" consisted of:
It was Wealday (Wednesday equivalent), the 26th of Kuthona 4712 AR. (Kuthona is equivalent to December.)
I asked the individual players what time their characters got up. I told them that Shelbie had already RPed some around getting up at noon on that day, but since his player wasn't even there, they could feel free to be doing stuff while he's sleeping in if they like.
Geshon indicated he got up in the morning for breakfast, as did Maeve, while Crane slept in. Once the orc learned that the NPC vishkanya twin cooks were serving bacon for breakfast, he wanted to say he had gone hunting wild boar in the early morning before breakfast. I assume a level six orc barbarian with a white tiger companion can hunt some boar so I said sure, he was able to hunt some wild boar. He indicated he and his tiger ate that for breakfast.
While Geshon and Maeve ate breakfast, the NPC Rukalla the Quiet (dread ghast rogue that can pass for human) also ate some bacon at another table by himself and the NPC Tarabitha Czelnai (witchwolf cleric of Jezelda) met with two men in armor at another table. The player of Geshon pointed out that he thought that meeting of NPCs was probably their next plot hook, but he wasn't going to get involved. So after awhile, I had the two male NPCs go on their way.
The player of Maeve asked if there were any books in the inn as she'd like to study some stuff, and I reminded her that the party had recovered a spellbook from a skeleton they fought the previous night. I told her it was currently with Shelbie, but since Geshon had been sharing an inn room with him, it should be easy enough for her to go in and get the book since Geshon would have had to leave the room, so it probably wasn't barred. (The door of the room is haunted by a slamming haunt, so sometimes they block it from opening or closing.)
Since she was going to be getting something from the room the sorcerer was in, I also asked her about her stealth skill and if she had the Trickery domain, which would add stealth to her list of class skills. I already knew that she had the Knowledge domain, but wasn't sure what her other domain was. She wasn't either, so she looked and it turned out that she had an inquisition in place of a domain for her other domain slot. (Inquisitions are spell-less domains primarily intended for the inquisitor class, which can take a single cleric domain but doesn't gain the spells the domain grants, only domain powers.) Since the character was built by someone else when she didn't know anything about the game, and she hadn't used the inquisition powers at all ever, I strongly encouraged that she pick a second actual domain to replace the inquisition. We looked through the domains available to Calistria and she elected to take Trickery. She also liked Charm but conceded that Shelbie was already the party's face-man, so she wouldn't benefit much from the Charm domain.
Once that was resolved, she cast read magic and proceeded to study the wizard spellbook. She looked up the spells that also overlapped with the cleric spell list and spent a lot of the evening actually doing OOC research into cleric spells while her character also RPed doing IC research into spells in the book. Clerics of course have access to all the cleric spells of levels they can cast, but she as a player doesn't know what spells are available to her very well so for her it was actually a means to expand her play, and study my books while I have them there at the session.
While Maeve was studying her spellbooks, Geshon indicated he was going to head to the village with Samson. The snows had been lighter recently, so it would only be an hour's walk (or perhaps even less with barbarian fast movement, but I didn't consider that). He set out on the road and before too long he came upon those two men in armor walking the same road ahead of him. Moments after he saw them, but before catching up to them, a pair of "wolves" leapt out of the underbrush and attacked the two men. The first man they attacked was severely injured and pulled to the ground. The second man, realizing he was outmatched, fled for his life. As he was running away from the fight, Geshon ran toward it, calling the man a coward. Geshon and Samson joined the fight and put the two "wolves" (actually rabid worgs) down swiftly. Geshon nearly cleaved one of the worgs in half but yet it struggled. Samson was both bit by the rabid worg but succeeded his Fort save so didn't contract rabies. Geshon checked the man's corpse for any identifying insignia and found a silver unholy symbol of Jezelda that he couldn't ID.
Geshon took the corpse and the unholy symbol to town and turned them over to the guards there, who were of course reluctant to deal with the orc directly. He asked about the man, and asked if they'd seen the other man come into town. They hadn't known the man and hadn't seen his companion. The Guard Bailiff Everett Racivado was able to tell Geshon that the symbol was a symbol of the demon lord of werewolves though, and that Tarabitha Czelnai, a known Jezelda cultist, might be able to tell him more. The guards took the dead NPC and most of his worthless gear, but didn't want the unholy symbol so Geshon kept it.
Geshon went to see the village armor smith (Marcus Ogden) and provided a large chain shirt he had removed from a cyclops skeleton a few days prior. He also provided several other chain shirts, including at least one masterwork chain shirt. In anticipation of Samson growing to large size when Geshon hits level 7, Geshon ordered large masterwork chain shirt barding for his soon-to-be-large tiger. The smith indicated he would use links from the provided armors and the barding would be ready just after the first of the year.
Crane woke-up around 10:30 in the morning. He ate leftovers from breakfast and set-out on his own for the village of Sen's Pass. On the way to the village he saw a bloody mess where two "wolves" had been slaughtered, one almost cut in half, and a trail of prints leading to the village. He didn't find Geshon in the village though, and also went to the smith. He sold a few non-magical weapons there, and asked the smith about magic weapons that the smith didn't carry. Crane also asked Marcus Ogden (the smith) if he needed anyone killed. Crane offered the elder Ogden his services as a mercenary or as an assassin, depending on how you look at it. Marcus asked what he meant by killing anyone for him, and Crane indicated he could be hired to kill anyone but Shelbie. Marcus, trying not to think about the implications of that, suggested that perhaps Crane could kill the vampires in the castle nearby. Crane refused to kill the vampires on the grounds that "Shelbie is working with the vampire woman right now." Or, well, something to that effect. This, of course, stunned the smith, who was too concerned about his own safety to pry to deeply. Crane, having realized that information might be best not repeated, suggested to Marcus that he shouldn't repeat it. Marcus just suggested he didn't have any other ideas for anyone he wanted killed except maybe the werewolf ghost. Crane acknowledged the suggestion and left the shop. He went to the tavern and found Geshon there.
The player of Geshon leaves a bit early due to his own time constraints, so when he left that session wrapped up there. The player of Maeve spent a little more time reading about spells before she and her fiance, who plays Crane took off.
I'll post the events for 05 July next time. It was much more eventful, with Shelbie, Geshon, Maeve, Crane, and Ardarious in attendance. The player of Ginger had to work until 11 PM so she missed. It picked up at 1:15pm on 26 Kuthona 4712 AR and the whole session occurred that day.

The "party" consisted of:
- Geshon the CE (pretty sure on the CE part) orc barbarian and his animal companion (from mad dog archetype) medium white tiger Samson (tiger increases to large next level)
- Crane the CN plumekith aasimar greatsword fighter
- Maeve the CN sylph cleric of Calistria, CN goddess of lust, trickery, and revenge
