Yeah I am sure that's what everyone with a velvet Elvis picture on their wall says. Blame Canada. How are your 12 Bloodhounds anyway? Sorry man you opened yourself up for that with this topic.

wow. elvis ripping people off? I think he just took the music he loved and grew up on and introduced it to a wider (whiter) audience He never really said it was his but he somehow made it his. hell, one of my favorite songs still is a liitle less conversation. still a great and relevant song. but being a cat fan i am sure all those hair balls in your ears would make it hard for you to hear good music...

only thing cats are good for is practising your field goals and using their fur to make coats or cool soviet winter hats

Cats and Beatles.
I prefer cats because they are low maintenance and remind me more of myself (lazy). They are also fiercely independent and predatory, which is cool. We had a mother (Minnie) and daughter (Pinky). Minnie lived approximately sixteen years then vanished and Pinky lived seventeen years and we think she had a stroke. We tried to get her to the vet but she died while my mom was on the phone with the veterinarian's office.
After Minnie (the mother) disappearred my sister convinced my mother to get another cat and they went to get a kitten from my mother's co-worker and came home with two kittens from the same litter. As chance would have it, they're the same kind of cat as the ones we had, which is calico mix, I think. Nena, the more social of the two, has more solid tan and orange colouring and Cedes, the more asocial predator, is dark brown with orange and light brown highlights.
Among dogs I like Boston Terriers, Boxers, and Huskies.
My grandmother had Boston Terriers (Sassy and Sniffy) until she got so old that she felt she couldn't care for a dog anymore. (She kept each one until they passed away, she didn't get rid of them when she thought she couldn't care for a dog anymore.) We had one of her dog's purebred offspring (Striker) but he disappearred when we were living in the country and we think he was killed by other dogs. My neighbor always kept boxers and they're big rough handsome dogs. He actually used to box with one of them (Hank) sometimes in play. It had a disjointed tongue that always lolled out so it presented itself as very friendly. The other boxer's name was Sabre and it was female. It was not much different in physical build but was somewhat trimmer and its fur was black and dark brown whereas the male was a lighter brown with white highlights.
I just like huskies because they resemble wolves, but I don't think I could keep one because I'm not very good with hairy dogs. My family has a nine-year-old lhasa apso right now and I really dislike that dog. It's literally a furball. I feel bad for it because it has 3 legs (one was amputated because it lost circulation in the leg due to a hair mat that it wouldn't let us trim) but I still dislike it. I will never consciously own a hairy dog.

you have heard of dogs that fetch beers, dogs that save lives, dogs that surf, and even dogs playing poker. But cats? all you hear about is how they pee in your shoea or behind the couch. cats suck.

I have a cat that fetches...I also have a cat that thinks it's Lassy....and my third cat is an opposable thumb away from conquering the world. or at least opening any door he wants. And one of the greatest cultures ever worshiped cats....hmm....can't think of any dogs that worshiped.

the Egyptians also drank their own pee and thought it was good for them but you know what? i still don't like cats. as for your loving cats that ignore you except when you get a can opener out, the one that imitates Lassy is good, the other two need to be given to Ranan or Louis who i am sure would know of loving homes that would eat...i mean, take them in.

see cats are great for people with very little time, but for people with time AND patience dogs are the way to go. my dogs would follow me untill they died, they would be there when i was sad and come to me wagging their tails almost (and i know this sounds dumb) like they wanted to make me happy, cats don't care. my dogs are well trained they rang a bell to go outside which we eventually taught 1 of the 2 cats. dogs sluck and you can train them not to do stuff when they do stuff wrong. cats once again don't care.

the only cool thing about cats was that one scene from the movie GO when the cat was telling the dude that was tripping that it was gonna kill him.
other than that cats are really good at...

But cats? all you hear about is how they pee in your shoea or behind the couch. cats suck. You just described our dog. Our cats use the litterbox, and Pinky, who was terrified of the dog and wouldn't cross a room he was in, would relieve herself in the bathtub if she couldn't reach the litterbox. We never discouraged that since it was better for her to go there than anywhere else.

Definetely I'm a cat.... lazy most of time and eventually overactive I need someone close who I like to ignite the fire to a repertoire of the 'worst jokes and shows to weekends' there are other qualities and no qualities too to qualify me an evil cat of goodness :op
