I've been looking about for the last few day on how to write/where to send an application for a PrC but I cant find anything specific here, so... When writing an application for a PrC, what information do I need to have on it and who do I send it to? Thank you and sorry if this is answered some where else.. but I did look for it...

The only class you really need an application for is Blackguard. There may be one other, but for the most part PrC's do not need to be applied for. Just keep in mind Shifter and Shadowdancer are banned Prestige Classes.

Write it up and send it in a PM to any DM. Basically we need character name, current class(es), diety worshipped, why they want to take that PrC, and how they are going about to achieve that. And just saying I R EVUL will not get it...

Shouldn't we just call this topic "DM's prefer PM's for PrC applications?" Wait, not *only* is that rhetorical, it's also posted in the DM Q&A. I'm a jerk. ;D

What about a Harper Agent?
Do they have to be a member of the Harpers or if they make it part of their background is it okay to take this PrC?

My POV on this would be that you could take the class if you met all of the requirements, but that does not mean that you would be recognized as a Harper by the Harper Guild. Unless at some point you were asked to join. All it would mean is you get to use the PRC skills and what not. But, the final call on this would be Justi's

But, the final call on this would be Justi's After careful reconsideration and re-reading the Harper Scout PRC, my POV has changed and I do not believe you could take this class as a PRC, unless you were first a member of the Harper Guild. Being a member would be a prerequisite to attaining this PRC. But, if a player ignored this and took it anyway, besides the possibility of being made to remake or stripped of levels, the Guild would still not recognize them. And of course the final judgment would rest with Justi.

Harper Scout class is being discussed by the DM team at the moment. We'll have an answer soon.

If I am understanding this correctly,
Do you also need an application to be a 'Champion of Torm' but your god/goddess is NOT Torm?
(i..e. a DIVINE CHAMPION of someone else other than Torm)

(i..e. a DIVINE CHAMPION of someone else other than Torm) You do not need to apply for the Champion of Torm prestige class even when your deity is not Torm. We do indeed use the CoT presige class instead of Divine Champion. We highly encourage players to actually fulfill the requirement of the Divine Champion class which means we encourage players to choose weapon focus in their deities' favored weapon.

Im a Old school RP'er and have played damn near everything out. But I really would like to start/join the Harpers and be a Harper Scout PSC. 1: How do I go About Doig this 2: Can I get with a DM to help me fit into FRC better. Background/Goals/Motives and so on .. has there been any progress with this matter?

We have decided since the prestige class in reality carries with it a membership in the Harpers (which has a guild representation here) it will only be available to those that join the Harpers guild.
If you are a member of the Harpers guild you can take the Harper Scout class at level 10 or later. If you aren't a member of the guild you can not take it at all.
If you wish to become a member of the guild PM someone on the DM team and your application for guild membership will be forwarded to the guild leader. Remember you can only be part of one guild no matter how many characters or accounts you have.

Remember you can only be part of one guild no matter how many characters or accounts you have. In response to that, if I may.. What about two or more characters in the same guild?

To elaborate... We have made this restriction to avoid both conflicting situations and to avoid metagaming.
