DM Q&A: Item: Weapons that Cant get stacked

My Character Dornak FireBeard has Trollrender, a great axe, with 1d4 fire dmj. I know that with the new rules I cant stack any other Dmj effects on my axe (ie Flame weapon ,DarkFire..etc) , so I was wondering since it already does fire dmj equal to a Flame weapon or DarkFire spell of level 1-4 could I get the Axe head graphic look on fire like it does when it has the spell on it.

I tried using the Player Craft Weapon skill options to see if that Axe head graphic was available but I didnt see it. Thanks

This is actually a good idea, but....

If we did this for you, we'd have to do it for all characters who have a weapon that does extra damage. That's a lot of work.

So what I'm saying is that we don't do such things on request for the same reason we don't to quests on request. However, if you're noticed by a DM and your RP is good, you may just get it anyway.
