hello there, i remember vaguely that any type of request, such as a quest or interaction is not allowed though i dont remember 100%, my question is. if you needed a dm interaction what would be the best way to go about it, for any reason really may it be settling old scores in your charecters past, or finding a new arch enemy, i think this will put alot of flare in rp

Finding a new arch enemy can be left totally up to the players. After all... You have a bigger chance of running in to them again and again to settle old scores unlike NPCs that we DMs generate that may or may not show up for a LONG while.
As for your character's past, some DMs may bring something up (assuming you have some sort of background written on the forums here so we DO have something to go by), but often those differences are settled during player down times.
If you read through some of the other character backgrounds where they go back to their home land, visit their family, and various other such things that take them out of Cormyr, that is generally all done here on the forums when people can't get on to the server or are just in general, taking some time off.
As for general DM interaction... If you need to have a particular NPC be involved in soemthing (like Callen or Bentin in Isinhold), just send a quick message on the dm channel, /dm , and let us know who and a quick reason why.
Hope that helps.... Still not quite awake yet. lol

Asking for a quest will not be taken. Plain and simple. However, if there's a DM on and happens to see you asking questions to an for NPC more information about the quest the NPC has given you may come out. Also, a DM may decide to take over a random NPC and say, "Hey, can you do this for me?" At the end of the day it's up to the DM(s) that are on to decide how such interactions will go. Just remember though, a DM's job is multi-faceted, and because of this, sometimes the few that are on can get tied up with other things. Don't get frustrated though. We are almost always watching and will find some way to make life interesting at some point.
