First, i have the ability to lay down traps and did not know that picking them up would be an auto if i had laid them down if i had taken a single point in disable traps. Is it possible to take a point from something else i have so i can do this and not leave traps that might cause lag? Is it possible also to make disable traps a ranger skill since it is a cross skill and cost two ponts as well? and number two, i feel the grenades are kinda unbalancing at 700 gold for ten of them. Those things to me and some others I have played with feel like we are exploiting the game when we use them. Can they be price raised or something? or better yet, you buy one, you get one rather than ten? Thanks for listening.

Please PM with the location of the 10 for 700 grenades.
I do not believe there is any way to turn cross class skills into class skills for any particular class.
"Is it possible to take a point from something else i have so i can do this and not leave traps that might cause lag?"
Next time you level up just put points into disable traps.

What have you been doing before now?
I don't think an occasional left behind trap will cause much lag.
My experience from the last time I tried it was that the second you leave a map area, your trap disappears even if you walk immediately back in.
Try it with a weak trap and see.

a trap will stay and when i do hafta leave traps, i generally just send a tell to a dm. so it is okay for me to leave traps if i must? that is correct?

I thought I answered your questions about set/disable traps in-game last night but you've already asked on two forums here today. :-P
A bit of information worth knowing:
Set Trap and Disable Trap have synergy bonuses so with 5 points into Set Traps, you get +2 bonus to your Disable Trap checks IF you have a single rank into Disable Trap. So even though you'll be spending 2 points to buy 1 rank, if you have 5 or more into Set Traps, spending 2 points to buy 1 rank will get you 3 points in the skill (plus INT mod).

It used to bug the heck out of me for my escape route traps to dissappear or for me to have to backtrack to get them at every transition.

(also, was getting a bit more clarify on it as i do not want to leave a trap and accidently kill some unsuspecting pc somehwere and have the wrath of the gods come down on me)

As long as you dont leave your traps ON a transition or something of that nature I dont see an issue. I "would" suggest some OOC common sense and recommend not placing traps you intend to leave near areas for low levels. It really wouldnt be fair to them.
