DM Q&A: Class: Paladins and tithing

Forgive my weak search skills, but I cant seem to find an answer.

If you're playing a paladin, how do you RP the tithing aspect? Is there a conversation option with the appropriate church?

On the same subject. There is no LG aligned church in Isinhold. Would the player need to journey to an appropriate church/temple?

Look for the god you follow for tithing, prayers, etc.; not the alignment.

There is no conversation option . . . yet. As of now, some players "tithe" by dropping some gold into the thrash or by "donating" to the church via selection of healing service (e.g. paying for a Heal spell to be cast, even if the player isn't wounded etc).

That being said, some new features may soon make its way into the mod

Look forward to those changes in tithing. Just something about throwing a divine offering in the trash just never seems right. Maybe a "poor-box" in the churches might work. Place the gold or items there and they are "collected" on the server re-sets. Nasty types could always "steal" from the poor as well then lol. Just a thought.

Since the pilot versions of the tithe system are in the module I will lock this topic.

You will probably see the tithe system popping up all over FRC's temples and shrines.
