*This letter is written in a refined, albeit bold, scrawl... as if its writer didn't quite know its own strength.*
To Whom it May Concern,
Forgive me for being brief, but I run short on time and must be abrupt. I have come into knowledge that would benefit the safety of the town of Isinhold and its immediate surroundings. A tribe of Orcs and Half-Orcs, which has made its lair in the Bramblewood to the North of Isinhold, has had run-ins with your forces in the past, though I do not know if they have been recorded. This Raging Eye tribe, as they call themselves, was attacked and thought to be destroyed some tendays ago, but the reality is quite the opposite. I write to you now to bring you word that they intend, for all intents and purposes, to sack Isinhold and attempt to establish an Orc and Half-Orc city, or even nation, within your lands. Though their leader has made "peace accords", I will tell you with all honesty that he thinks of them as pure folly, and is rallying other Orc tribes in the immediate vicinity (namely those to the East of Isinhold, and the mountain tribes in the Storm Horns) in an attempt to gain a force large enough to raze the town to the ground.
The cost of gaining this information has been high for me, as even now as I write this letter, a trio of Orc marauders is hot on my tail, trying to catch and slay me. However, I do not wish for protection, but instead only to share the information I have gained with a member of your order. In addition to tactical knowledge about all high-ranking members of the tribe, I more importantly know the location of their lair, and hold a key to their stronghold.
I myself am formerly of the Raging Eye, though having forsaken my God and what could be called my people in the name of a greater Good, I come to you now, hoping you will address this threat. Should you wish to contact me, I will be traveling back and forth between Suzail, Waymoot, and Dhedluk in an attempt to free myself of my pursuers.
Sincerely Yours, and in All Good Faith,
Burdishnak the Redeemer
