Ok, where do those words get inserted? As with every other tag in standard forum text code, before and after whatever text you want in the block. [*spoiler*] This is the place you put text to hide. [*/spoiler*] You can include text before and after those tags if you want to only hide certain sections.

I found the libreoffice supports TGA files. From when you open it you can right click on the picture and select save as and then change the file type to whatever you want. Might be an odd solution as libreoffice isn't technically an image program, but it works very well for me.
