At the Royal Court (courthouse)

A tall human male, wearing fine clothes walks into the courthouse.
He makes his way to the clerk of records and produces a map of Suzail's eastern outskirts. He points to a building on the map and says, "I would like to see any information concerning any deeds, titles or claims to this property, please.".

He slowly chews upon an unlit cigar and waits.

[woogieboogie]

After a tenday of coming back to the court house with no reply to his request. The tall human, cigar in his mouth, looks as if he could chew coal and spit diamonds. He makes a rude gesture to all.

"Beshaba provides!" , he proclaims loudly.

He turns upon his heel and stomps off.

The startled clerk looks up, then adjusts his spectacles watching the man leave. He then looks to the other clerks and asks "What was that about?"
